VEGA Portable Hand-Held Interoral X-Ray

VEGA is a Ritter product, housed in clean elegant housing that is easy to clean and carry on field trips. Its a low dose portable x-ray unit that is suitable in approved dental offices for use in conjunction with film, digital media such as phosphor plates, CCD, CMOS and the all-new CdTe LSTTM sensors.

VEGA is a digitally controlled, high frequency inverter, low dose portable X-ray unit generator. Exposure settings start at 0.01sec and are digitally selectable to a maximum of 2.0 secs, for a total of forty-six (46) exposure options. VEGA provides a high quality digital readout to display selected exposure time, while the voltage is constant at 60kV and 2mA. VEGA's low radiation footprint makes it safe for both the patient and user alike.

VEGA may be used as a wall mounted or as an in office portable x-ray unit. All accessories including battery charger are included. The Vega's robustness, lightweight and small size make it well suited in the forensic environment.
