Medontic Call-out charge on dental repairs
Medontic appreciates the need to be clear on the conditions of when we charge a Call-out charge on service calls.We will charge a call out charge on all new service calls. However, we will not charge on follow-up calls that require the engineer to fit a spare part to conclude the repair.
The reason behind why we charge a call-out charge in the first place is to recover costs for:
1. Our One hour travel charge commitment as a maximum charge for each visit.
